I'm Evan, a recruiter from Texas who's made Oklahoma home. I have 6 years recruiting progressively difficult technical roles with above-average close rates and margins rarely <25%. I am very skilled at building relationships and pipelining which often puts me at an advantage.
Call me customer-centric, candidate-centric, or just a little eccentric, but prioritizing candidate experience through simply not ghosting, using my real number, and taking calls/texts after-hours led to 98% retention, 90% redeployment, and the achievement of maintaining a 9.9 NPS for 5 years.
