I'm Evan, a recruiter from Texas who's made Oklahoma home. I have 6 years recruiting progressively difficult technical roles with above-average close rates and margins rarely <25%. I am very skilled at building relationships and pipelining which often puts me at an advantage.
Call me customer-centric, candidate-centric, or just a little eccentric, but prioritizing candidate experience through simply not ghosting, using my real number, and taking calls/texts after-hours led to 98% retention, 90% redeployment, and the achievement of maintaining a 9.9 NPS for 5 years.
I hold a Master's in Human Resource Management, undergrad in business management, earned both the PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and many more in areas like Six Sigma, project management, technical recruiting, career coaching and navigation, and even life coaching.
